Shipping policy

All orders placed will be processed within 1-4 business days, this does not include weekends and or holidays. All packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service. 

As soon as order is placed a confirmation number will be sent via email. Once order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number please wait 24-48 hours before tracking number is active.

We (La Reina Del Candy) are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages, if you have this issue you can file a claim with USPS.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect information provided by customer at the time order is placed.
